Ian Lynch

GDC number 56784
I joined the Envisage Dental Group in November 2018, moving “downstairs and next door“ to number 10, the former RBS bank. It has been fantastic for me to be involved with a whole new group of enthusiastic people across all of the Envisage Practices, as opposed to working as a single handed practitioner.
When I first started work here I used to get the 7am bus from Erskine to Paisley, and then the train to Kilmacolm arriving at 8.45 am. I think I would have been quicker jogging directly from home, and that would have been good training for me as I took part (and completed!) the 1983 and 1984 Glasgow Marathons . My running days are over now and I much prefer walking, either with my sister in law or daughters labradors, or on the golf course.
It has been a pleasure and a privilege to work in Kilmacolm for the last 38 years.
I am now working 3 days a week, (and hope to do so for a wee while yet!) although I must admit those extra 2 days a week off work are ideal for more golf and trips away in the motor home.

Dr. Nicola Turner, BDS (Dund) MFDS RCPS (Glas) MCGDent

GDC number 270620
I qualified from the University of Dundee in 2017, and have worked in Ayrshire since. Following completion of my MFDS exams in 2019 with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, I joined the Envisage group in Kilmacolm, part time. I am undertaking further professional development with Aspire Dental Academy in London to gain a PGDip in Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry and Endodontics. This will serve to enhance my ability to provide more complex treatments with the latest dental techniques. I enjoy all aspects of family and cosmetic dentistry, I specifically enjoy working with nervous patients and thrive upon making them feel at ease in the practice. Out with the world of dentistry, I spend my time outdoors hill walking and cycling. I have completed courses in, and have a keen interest in photography - I’m forever snapping away! During lockdown, I have taken up paddle boarding and hope to soon find my balance! When time allows, I’d love nothing more than jetting off to Italy or France.

Dr Akash Tamber, BDS, BEng, PGDip (Dental Implants)

GDC number 274160
My name is Akash. BDS (Valencia), BEng in Dental Materials Science (Queen Mary University of London) and an MSc in Dental Implantology (Manchester, pending). I provide Facial Aesthetics as well as Implants at EnVisage Dentistry Kilmacolm. I graduated from Valencia, Spain in 2017. Born and raised in West London and moved to Glasgow in 2018 - as I was promised great weather up in sunny Scotland! I’ve always had an interest in Oral Surgery as well as Restorative Dentistry. I have an undying love for flying and aeroplanes in general - still hold a dream to become a commercial pilot one day and obtain my flying licence. I also have a keen interest in cars - boys and their toys one would say! Following Manchester United is like a religion to me, you can usually find me on the football pitch on weekends and some weekdays, but recently I have developed a new interest in playing golf, so you might also see me attempting a swing on a green somewhere. Patient care is always first for me and I look forward to welcoming you at EnVisage Dentistry Kilmacolm or at Loch Lomond Golf Course - whichever suits you better!
